I had a fantastic experience with the Meetoo product. It's very flexible and easy to use. Customer service is second to none, there wasn't a problem those guys couldn't solve. I needed a custom question and the support guys found a work around, which was such a great result. Would recommend highly.

Meetoo - easy to use, immensely valuable

I am genuinely delighted that the app was so straightforward to use for our large audience and that the customer service from Lumi was so good. I was so assured of Meetoo’s durability that I didn’t have to worry about its place in our event – the true sign of a good service.

Easy to use and easy to read the outputs

We really liked the speed and anonymity that Meetoo provided for our event. It provided an extra dimension allowing real time contributions during the sessions. An excellent way to gain immediate feedback and gave a snapshot of the feeling in the room using the polling function... The results were instantaneous with a user friendly website and mobile app interface.

Great App! Makes your workshop really interactive!

I gave recently a workshop to radiologists in Paris with participants of 24 European countries by means of a Meetoo App. Afterwards there was a formal evaluation process for all speakers. Fantastic new tool!

My first attempt at using a polling app was yesterday using Meetoo with a group of just under 20 delegates and it was a complete success. Whilst I was excited to have a go at doing something new there is always a reservation that taking a risk could go horribly wrong but this was not the case with the Meetoo app. It was very simple to set up in advance using the Meetoo add-on in PowerPoint and we chose not to share the meeting id in advance but to do it on the morning. This really works!

Amazing response from the delegates to my keynote yesterday: 100% engaged. This was an audience of technophobes – yet everyone managed to download the app and use it without any additional direction. I was able to ask the kind of questions that you just don’t get a response to through normal Q&A – and the response came from the entire audience not just “odd” individuals. Insights all the time

Like MeeToo our customers can collect insights in real time and still give voice to all participants. Best of all is not having to rent equipment as we did with the keypads.

Flexible

MeeToo is very reliable for large shows, using it avoids a lot of stress on site because programming is quick and easy.
