MeeToo for LIve polling and message sharing

Our organisation used Meetoo for our Christmas meeting. The setup was straight forward, and downloading and accessing the frontend app was easy for staff to do. The live polling was a huge success. The sharing of messages throughout the day was such a hit that we kept this running well into the late afternoon, when the official meeting had finished and the socialising had started. Reliable and Scalable

Over the last year, we have used Meetoo with a number of our Clients to support their needs for audience engagement at meetings and events. These meetings range in size from a few dozen attendees in one room into thousands spread across the globe - Meetoo is perfect for both. It is incredibly easy for attendees to use, and whilst appearing simplistic has enough flexibility to be deployed into a number of different meeting types and designs.

Prompting audience engagement

We worked with Meetoo at our Engaging Employees conference last week and it really was a fantastic tool for gauging audience feedback and being able to focus on the topics which were most important for them. It was a great platform to encourage (sometimes reserved) audience members to add commentary or raise questions throughout the speaker presentations and panels and was a great tool for our chairmen to prompt discussion.
