real time engagement - we used the technology during the conference which showcased what the opportunity was in similar settings for a pulse and Q&A. The staff at the event were also positive role models.

Easy to learn, excellent video and text tutorials and great support from the company. Intuitive, works really well and can do everything you want it to.

Easy to use, clear dashboard. Presentation view wouldn't work properly while presenting, so had to open questions via dashboard. Personalizing the image on the dashboard made no difference to the display on the app. Results to word clouds became too complicated with 90 respondents, learned to keep it to one word responses only as does not remove unnecessary words.
