Great service via Live Chat
I used the Live Chat function on the Vevox website to make a general enquiry and was really impressed; my query was dealt with virtually immediately and the person I was conversing with (Emma) was very helpful. I would use Live Chat again, and definitely recommend it.

Great live demo

The entire service was fabulous!
The entire service was fabulous, from initial discussion right through to the end. The software was simple to use, the customer service department and demonstrations through live chats prior to our purchase was so useful and much appreciate for us as a first time user. Setting up our polls and surveys were super simple, we loved that we could customise the app! Downloading the results was real easy and we are using the data images within our conference celebration report! Overall, a fab service!

Vevox made our conference!
Vevox was a great addition to our conference. It helped engage the delegates and provided instant feedback including through great visuals. I really liked the range of tools that were included and was very reassured that we owned our data and it was properly secure. Will definitely be making vevox part of future events.

Vevox newbie: support great
Vevox newbie, learning quickly so as to support someone else with less IT background. Only got the free version, nevertheless the support is great. Online chat is fast, understands the questions, and comes back with answers.

Using the live polling with trainee teachers
So far I have used the live polling multiple choice question and wordcloud. Both have worked effectively and been very accessible for my trainee teachers. Using the PowerPoint add on means the wordcloud does not appear live, which in some circumstances would be useful.
