Reflections on using Vevox in Higher Education

Vevox has been particularly useful to myself in class for the variety of interactions that are available. This has allowed me to keep fresh the uses of it, whilst maintaining an overall functionality familiarity, which together retains student participation. Participation levels are usually over 75% of attendees and anecdotal feedback from students has been very positive. Vevox polls are fun! Our organization used the free version of Vevox for our monthly board call. It was a lovely way to 1) check in with board members during the call to ensure everyone was remaining engaged and 2) a fun way to obtain board member thoughts in any anonymous way. We seemed to able to obtain their thoughts and opinions rather quickly just by asking them to answer 3 poll questions. It was fantastic! Vevox - nice way to engage with students

Vevox is an enjoyable way to test the knowledge of your students (or to ask for their feedback), in an entertaining way. Izzy at Vevox was very helpful and clearly explained to me all the necessary steps to make the most of Vevox. Great help!

Excellent interactive tool which provides the lecturer with the perfect opportunity to engage with students and test their understanding, hear their views and track progress. Perfect in a Covid online environment.

Great functionalities and service

Great functionalities to keep people engaged in large group meetings! Not only was it fun for the audience, it was also intuitive and easy to learn how to use. Dom was awesome for making sure we were prepared for the meeting, and following up with us afterward.
