Excellent service

I couldn't work out how to create a certain kind of survey for my teaching session. I used the live chat and Joe was very helpful - he took all the details of what I needed to do, and then got back to me within half an hour with a solution. Would definitely recommend!

I have just begun to use Vevox this…

I have just begun to use Vevox this semester (starting in September) and it has been received positively by my students & meeting attendees. I have stumbled a few times but that is mostly because I have not watched any tutorials, I have been teaching myself through trial and error. In that regard, it is relatively intuitive and I haven't had a major road blocks. The support team gives timely responses and I really appreciate that aspect.

Great support and advice!

Very impressed with the guidance and support provided by the Vevox team in resolving a clash with the way in which we use PowerPoint templates. The Vevox application is a great tool for student engagement and it is good to know of the commitment from the team behind it.

Awesome software ! Fantastic Customer Service !

Our overall experience has been great with Vevox - the staff was great and are really friendly. Dominic Freeman ensured that he was constantly engaging with us and trying to understand our requirements. He was always on hand whenever help was needed, which is definitely what one needs. The interface is very user friendly and easy to use. It allows for accurate results to be collected. And joining polls is super easy plus a very usable app.

Vevox in online seminars

Dominic was extremely helpful in discussing our client's needs and demonstrating how Vevox may enhance future virtual events we are involved in. Although we could not incorporate Vevox into this event, we will definitely consider using it in future.

I logged in to test out the site and…

I logged in to test out the site and signed up for the free service. It was seamless and a representative Joe Flanagan contacted me within the hour. We also set up a brief training call with Rebecca and was happy with the results. We will be for the moment taking up the 7 day option but retaining our fee service. It is very much worth trying out.
