I am extremely impressed with the quality of customer service I have received from Dominic Freeman at Vevox. Dom has gone over and above when it comes to providing help and answering queries. Vevox, as a whole, are incredible when it comes to the quality of support they provide. They are easy to reach and very willing to help!

"Seamless user experience"

What do you like best about Vevox? That it was a seamless experience without technical glitches What do you dislike about Vevox? Not being able to switch between pages intuitively on the mobile app. What problems is Vevox solving and how is that benefiting you? I was looking for an app to use for employee engagement initiatives and being able to attend a quiz was a good demonstration of how useful it would be for the business.

Going above and beyond!

When most companies are trying to hide behind chat bots and self-help online, VEVOX, in my opinion stands above all, big or small customer, they are there to make sure we have everything we need to be successful using their software. Stacie D. is the BEST! Responsive and willing to jump on a call to help correct an error I made in the custom settings. Quick and Intuitive to set up, easy to use.

I have been using Vevox for online teaching in Higher Education. The software is simple and intuitive to set up, and most importantly it was very easy for the students to use too. Students seem to really appreciate a number of ways to respond in an online environment and Vevox makes some of that very easy indeed. The company itself are very helpful with any questions and their online training is also a great overview.

Joe Flanagan was excellent!

Joe Flanagan was excellent. Not only did he solve the issue I was having (caused by inability to read), he took me through how to set up a survey to reduce the time I had been wasting! Not wishing to look a gift horse in the mouth, I mentioned something else I had had trouble with and the fact it caused me to seek solutions elsewhere.
