Dominic was most helpful in our research for options for games/quizzes and surveys. He was responsive and honest about what Vevox could and couldn't offer us. He was patient and honest with us as our research in finding a survey platform has been quite a process - started in May and continues in July. While Vevox doesn't offer the analytics we need for our surveys, the games/quizzes are still on the table under consideration. Dominic didn't pressure us in making a decision - which is admirable.

Fantastic support from Kyle! Kyle was able to jump on a call within minutes of responding to my support ticket and patiently guided me through the necessary process to resolve my issue.

A decent all-rounder

Vevox is a good app for quick in-class quizzes and polls. Not as much fun as Kahoot or as configurable as Moodle quiz and questionnaire tools, but a good middle path.

Huge Improvement

The improvement that been issued within April 2024 was a huge moment! We can easily making competition during internal meeting and everybody was happier to see something different from the previous one. Please keep improving!

Lewis explains the "how to use" in a simple and direct way. Also he is very easy to approach and quick at response. His communication skills is great although English is my second language, I can understand easily.

Working in partnership for success

Brogan recently attended campus for a Learning & Teaching event- Vevox's customer success team help feel like this is a genuine partnership for success, rather then simply selling us a tool. They're always willing to engage directly with faculty for staff development, increased engagement and confidence with the tool.

Vevox is an essential part of my Change Management delivery toolkit

I have worked with the Vevox team for the last 5 years and consider Vevox to be an essential part of my Change Management delivery toolkit. I literally haven't delivered a project without it in those last 5 years! Joe has been critical on this journey as it has been challenging onboarding it into several different organisations with lots of internal IT hoops to jump through. I could not have done this without his incredible patience, knowledge and support.
