I found the interaction I had with…
I found the interaction I had with Vevox was very professional, the guy I spoke with, "Dom" was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He gave me a great overview of the product and we had some fun too with a demo of the Pub Quiz feature, which was excellent. All in all a great customer experience.

I found the interaction I had with Vevox was very professional, the guy I spoke with, "Dom" was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The best customer service
The best customer service I've experienced in my 35 years, I got a call from a real person - on Vevox's own initiative - to notify me that the personal account I'd purchased could be superseded by an institutional account. I was not aware that my University had such an account - having looked for it on our own IT webpages - but Vevox reached out based on the details I'd provided about my institutional affiliation. I was issued a refund immediately, and set up for switching to an ...
