Fantastic platform for job seekers

Received a number of requests for interviews when my profile was active. I really like how the company provides a salary, makes the negotiations easier and you know whether or not a position is even in the general area in terms of salary. I would love to see more information about the companies and the position (skills, company culture, benefits) that could be evaluated before agreeing to talk to a company.
