What do you like best about Vertice? I very much enjoy having an account manager to work with in person so nuances can be discussed. Vertice were very quick to help us set up a new suppllier that had a very short timw frame for renewal. Having a point of contact to setup the platform for us made integrating with our existing systems much easier. Their personalised customer support has been much appricated. What do you like best about Vertice? The people! Everybody is super flexible and they also adapt to your needs. What do you dislike about Vertice? Nothing really. Everything has been working well. Initially I think you will always have to understand and adapt to each other way of working but after that is savings and more savings.
