Solid choice for Agile development and management

What do you like best? The interface is intuitive and easy to use. VersionOne seems quicker and much more usable than comparable tools in this space. What do you dislike? I wish it were easier to manage a portfolio of projects in the system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Looked for a flexible tool to handle epics, stories and story pointing, and commonly used Agile development measures and metrics, such as burndown charts.

Ultimate and easy to use

What do you like best? It is really build in a user friendly manner, one can not confused or frustrate to use it. I used it in one of my project and it is really beneficial for me and my team to work with this software. What do you dislike? Nothing at all, i used it for almost more than 6 months and nothing needs to improve according to me, really satisfied. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Used it for Project management and ...

version one

What do you like best? It's easy to track tasks and work items in this too. We work in two-week sprints, and because I support multiple business lines, version one makes it easy to justify when I can work on certain products and when I cannot, then bring to the table the competing product demands and let management decide my priorities. What do you dislike? Sometimes Version One can be very difficult to navigate. I find myself having to click around different menus to get to where I ...

Use version one to track our scrum team progress

What do you like best? Version one makes it easy to view your own backlog, as well as view other teams' backlogs. This allows easy collaboration between teams and allows you to see who is working on what at any time. What do you dislike? The interface can be a bit clunky and overwhelming at times. I also find it difficult to locate previously completed stories at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it as a ...

Helps me do my job as a Product Owner

What do you like best? Lots of capabilities and options for me to manage the multiple projects we have going simultaneously. Easy to set up portfolios and stories to groom my backlog. What do you dislike? Tricky to import from template. It would be useful to have a library of templates to start from. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? In an Agile Development environment and working with multiple Scrum Teams, Version One makes it ...

Great Agile ALM Product!

What do you like best? Worked as AEM Admin. Really liked the way it display all the status of the stories and how we can manually configure each status item. Other thing I liked was the dashboard where we van have access to all server health at a glance. What do you dislike? The way we administrate the user was bit confusing. Allowing access and not allowing access would make the user disable to future allow. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Solid Product, but can be complicated

What do you like best? Hands down, the team rooms are the single best feature that VersionOne has to offer. The team rooms offer a place to see your team's (and only your teams) backlog, a storyboard for the current sprint, taskboard for the current sprint and a slew of other options. It also includes the mini-game 'Estimably' which helps teams estimate stories anonymously without an confusion as to what story we are actually estimating. Overall, it's a great feature and makes it really ...

Didn't like it

What do you like best? It has lots of nice features for project management. What do you dislike? As a developer, I found it slow and clunky. We were supposed to use it for tracking our hours, and that is pretty much all we used it for which was dumb. Recommendations to others considering the product: There are other solutions that are far superior. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project management. It ultimately failed ...
