"Easy to create & track tickets"
What do you like best about Vendr? My company uses Blissfully for IT service requests. It's simple and easy to create tickets and the UI is clean. The Dashboard shows My Devices and My Tickets so tracking is straightforward.

What do you like best about Vendr? Vendr is my secret weapon in the battle between quickly scaling companies and the software providers who are "so excited for your recent funding". How does Vendr compare to its competitors? There ARE NO competitors. This is a refreshingly new idea with nearly immediate ROI in both literal dollars saved and hours of excruciating negotiation calls/emails/meetings with SaaS companies.

What do you like best about Vendr? Vendr has experience dealing with any and all SaaS companies, so they have records of how much room each platform has to negotiate with. Once they find a lower price, they are able to add that data to their system and benefit all future clients looking to utilize that system.
