What do you like best about Vendr? My company uses Blissfully for IT service requests. It's simple and easy to create tickets and the UI is clean. The Dashboard shows My Devices and My Tickets so tracking is straightforward.

What do you like best about Vendr? Vendr has experience dealing with any and all SaaS companies, so they have records of how much room each platform has to negotiate with.
