What do you like best? The continuous support and assistance from the entire Vendasta team What do you dislike? The marketplace can be alittle confusing at first and the graphics used for each software product are pretty basic. What do you like best? The user-friendly capabilities of Reputation Management in it's latest generation is astonishing. I love the new look. The Overview is incredible. What do you like best? Vendasta is a key partner for us in bringing top tier technology to local businesses. What do you dislike? Some of the solutions offered are somewhat "entry level" but this isn't something that they hide from or don't acknowledge. These are solutions for local so affordability is key. What do you like best? Vendasta's customer support is solid, and their interface is nice. Its great to be able to access all our sites from one login. Back ups are nice and easy. What do you dislike? You're usually at the mercy of a bunch of different vendors for products - we use very little of the additional services now. Hosting is pretty slow so if its not upgraded soon we'll probably leave. What do you like best? The ability to access everything in one place. What do you dislike? How they continue to move things. Some upgrades are good but others fall short. They should ask partners to evaluate the changes they are thinking about before implementing. Some have been very bad ideas. What problems are you solving with the product?
