Ready, Set, Roll
Though a good experience, it's not without it's drawbacks. Very easy to use, very basic. However on the administrative end, I'm having problems moving between screens. When I enter stock, I have to go back to the main page to enter the next item. Very time consuming when you have 30+ items to enter weekly. Also even though I "save" after an edit, the program will not acknowledge the change until you log out of the program completely. Again very time consuming. We have customers enter an ID ...

I think vend is limited and expensive for what it currently offers
My key concearn is that you are developing this software as it goes with no real thought to interoperability given your pricing structure. I am a small mail order retail business that currently uses xero as my accounting package @ $65 a month with unlimited users. Because I have a mailing list of 6000 I am pushed up into your $95 a month plan and i still don't have a loyalty programme, a crm or an integrated webshop that is reliable. The bee's knees.
I love everything about Vend - from the sales screen to the reporting it is invaluable. Being able to check up on sales when I am away from the store is fantastic, the integration with Shopify means I can keep track of stock levels between online and in-store sales, I could go on and on and on. And I will to anyone that cares to listen.

Great user friendly software and great customer support
I just started setting up my store and setting up Vend. So far, it has been great and, easy to use. I got the premium service package and Monique my support person has been amazing. I will be able to tell you more when I go live but so far I have been very please with Vend.

Nice POS app but has it's limit.
I was at first excited to try Vend on an iPad for my store register to work together with Shopify for my web-store. Needing to use a bluetooth UPC scanner with the iPad, I had issues from the start with Vend losing connection with the scanner everytime I had to switch to Square to take a credit card payment. Tech support was responsive, but could not eliminate the problem. I'm running the app on a laptop which eliminated the connectivity problem. I'm very happy with Vend's functionality and ...

Easy sale
The system is very user friendly and easy to us. It would be good if the interface can be customisable. Certain stuff like the color code for the items etc is good. The quanity and way to add the item through typing the name is quite hard to understand. That can be improved. Overall, its is easy to make a sale quickly and also track back sale made. Reports are easily churned out and easy to understand.

Fabulous product so versatile
We love Vend and I have been using it with three different businesses and it is tremendous. I love the ipad features, wireless, the integration to Xero, an absolute MUST for anyone turning over retail products. Use it with shopify and its even better!

Why not have access to your POS data
It's the great not having to add a VPN for remote access for my warehouse and to be able to check sales throughout he day. I had my Internet go out and was able to continue in offline mode. I also like the loyalty program.
