I see I am not the first to experience this, my annual renewal was due so I selected the same plan as we had before, paid the amount which incidentally has increased substantially. Go back into the system and a number of key features like product reports and sales reports have been blocked and to be able to use these. Vend has updated their pricing and now businesses need to pay the top price to run simple reports such as products sold. Their customer service wait times are over one hour. The new Vend is completely over-priced and I recommended that you seek alternatives before purchasing this product.

Efficient Point of Sale App

PROS: It’s a largely helpful POS app which runs on iPad and PC seamlessly. It’s amazingly easy to use, that it even helps newbies to quickly understand the point of sale scheme in our company. What’s more, it’s flexible in handling installment plans, and it allows coordination of stock management as well.

Thank you to all the Vend support team. I do love working with you all so much. I am turning my store into all formal wear and with the enhanced reports and groups I have figured out how to mark each dress sold to each school so I do not sell duplicate dresses to the same schools. I love the price of Vend! I love the ease of working it. I still have somethings to learn lol lol even after working with it since 2015 but time will teach me! A POS like no other

PROS: Vend is more than just software that helps me manage my sales. It helps me with my inventories too, prompting me whenever the costs of my supplier go down so I can replenish my supply. It’s a great bookkeeper and report generator too. Overall, it’s a complete suite of features designed for both large corporations and small businessmen like me.

The search is over for me—I’m sticking to Vend

PROS: After years of searching and experimenting with various POS software, I can say that I have finally found the one that meets all of the criteria that I’m looking for: simple layout and design, plus thorough stock and sales tracking. CONS: I’ve been trying to generate a report that would show me the progress of my sales by the hour in a span of a month. I guess this is a little too complicated to generate for now... .but I’m sure Vend is working to add this on the reports.
