Vend POS Reviews in June 2026: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

Great Online POS

Wasn't the easiest to get all members of our cooperative gallery across the line for this new POS system but I have to say that 4 months later everyone loves it and our oldest member is in her 80's and uses it weekly! What a turn around, not to mention that it has automated a lot of the work that our Treasurer does which is wonderful. Extremely happy!!

The prdouct is clean, easy and is supported by a great team.

We extensively researched POS systems; we choose VEND because of its integration with XERO. Our experience has been nothing but positive and every interaction with their team. They continually improve and upgrade functionality and all around, a great product. We have been using it for almost 2 years now and consider ourselves a long term user / partner.

Great POS Solution and fantastic support

I have been using vend for over 1 year, and it has worked extremely well in my fashion store. The software is so easy to setup and use with very few issues. Any issues encountered have been resolved straight away by their fantastic support team. Can't recommend high enough.

Good as a POS

It works very good for inventory keeping, sales tracking and as a POS but I didn't like the e-commerce feature.

Love Vend, Just wish I had more time to use it totally. I've had a few problems with intergration, which still needs to be addressed, but other than that I think its great.

Ideal Partner for POS

Love the reporting features!

We run a busy retail store and chose Vend because it integrates with Xero our accounting software and card payment system. We especially like that we can access Vend from anywhere and get up-to-date detailed reports. The only ongoing issue we are facing is with integration which still needs to be addressed, on average the system freezes 2 - 3 times per day.

Vend is so Easy

We have a pool and spa retail shop in WA. We use Vend for our POS and I find it super easy to use. We decided to use vend because it connects directly with Xero our accounting program. Probably the best things about Vend is that its easy to use and set up and also the fantastic customer support. Its also cloud based so I can log on from anywhere.

Vend is your end to end solution

Vend is one of the only point of sale systems that manages your Cost of goods Sold while offering a host of web integrations. Its reports are detailed and quite customizable, while retaining user friendliness. For cost reasons i had to switch to shopify but all the time wish i could afford to run both systems (as is possible ).
