overall: a wonderful POS

We are quiet happy with the POS, everyone in the company likes it! I am little unhappy with the customer service. It takes sometimes very long to get an answer and the answer you get it's not helpful. After I got very angry we found a proper way!

Vend do not listen to their clients !

My honest experience is that VEND team seem to pretend to want to hear feedback but when we give feedback or requests...all we get is ! Sorry this is not something in our plans... Even things that are in plan have been delayed for years.. example USER ROLES .. until now cashiers and managers can see supplier list and costs which is STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL info.. Vend is so Easy

We have a pool and spa retail shop in WA. We use Vend for our POS and I find it super easy to use. We decided to use vend because it connects directly with Xero our accounting program. Probably the best things about Vend is that its easy to use and set up and also the fantastic customer support. Its also cloud based so I can log on from anywhere.

Vend is your end to end solution

Vend is one of the only point of sale systems that manages your Cost of goods Sold while offering a host of web integrations. Its reports are detailed and quite customizable, while retaining user friendliness. For cost reasons i had to switch to shopify but all the time wish i could afford to run both systems (as is possible ). I love Vend!

We moved to Vend 5 months ago and haven't looked back. The transition of 5000 products from our old system was much easier than expected and help was always only a phone call away. Am still finding out things that Vend can do and the team seem to be constantly improving the software. Thank you.

Seamless, easy to use POS software

We run a busy cafe and use Vend because it integrates seamlessly with Xero our accounting software and iZettle our card payment system. Vend is incredibly easy to set up and use. The customer service is great and the level of reporting is fantastic. We especially like that we can access Vend from anywhere and can get real time updates on how business is tracking. Invaluable!

Simple to use - recommend to anyone

I went from a simple cash register to Vend. My staff at the time were older and did not even understand how to use email, and I taught them within a very short time how to use Vend. Also within 5 min I could teach young people how to do a everyday transaction. It's that easy. As for the back end it has all the reports you need and can be learned quite easily. Vend POS is highly recommended

I am a gift retailer with 4 outlets and a central stockroom and I run my whole business on Vend. The functionality is amazing, it's very user friendly and the support is excellent and fast. They do truly listen to my needs and assist where they can. The report functionality is very powerful and helpful.
