Never had an issue
Used for a year with one retail store and an e commerce with shopify it has been great! This coming month we launch two more stores and are happy to stay with Vend. They are setting it all up for us and have made a plan of attack. Couldn't have asked for more support

This is not POS & Inventory
At first I thought this was POS & Inventory software. Well it's not. The Xero integration sucks. The Inventory function is also next to useless. What's worse, if you think Unleashed and Vend integrate seamlessly you're wrong! We have heaps of reconciliation errors and it's just the tip of the iceberg for us! My warning to others - stay away and looks for an Inventory / POS system that is fully integrated ie. Doesn't need to be integrated. BUYER BEWARE - GO VISIT ANOTHER SOLUTION PROVIDER!!! ...

Very happy with Vend
After the initial teething problems setting up hardware and stock in, I have been very happy with Vend. I transitioned from a hard drive system and I was able to turn the former system off when I had Vend working well. Support is via email but is helpful and quick. I am discovering more features and to date nothing I have needed hasn't been able to be achieved. I even had an API link working for a while which was very easy for the programmer to use. What do you like best? Vend really allows for businesses of all sizes to create ease in how transactions are processed and recorded, making it easy for bookkeeping and smooth operations both behind the sales counter or in an office. The system is easy to use for sales associates.

"Responsive Customer Service, Improving Interface"
What do you like best? Their customer service and software engineers have been very nice as they responded to the needs of our store. This is really important to us in general as a company that also values responsive customer service. The platform is also fairly intuitive and integrates nicely with stock.

Extremely user friendly and improving all the time
I have used Vend for about 4 months and overall I am very pleased with the system. We offer both brick and mortar sales and eCommerce (through Shopify) and these integrations are pretty seamless. I had a bit of a problem understanding the Quickbooks integration but eventually worked it out. The customer support has been good however if you are someone who needs instant gratification you might want to look elsewhere since support is generally done through email rather than over the phone. ...
