Using Vend has really simplified our retail processes, from setting up products, to selling, to reporting. It's intuitive and easy to use, documentation is excellent, and it's flexible enough to adapt to a lot of different situations.

Never anyone to answer the phone even …
Never anyone to answer the phone even when signed up and paying for premium support as extra cost. When running food service business they don't understand you've got customers lined up waiting to be served & till not working is VERY bad for business. Even with a receipt for 24 hour 365 day phone support (extra $228 year on top of subscription fee) the support is non-existent.

Excellent POS software
I can't recommend Vend enough, it's the best POS software I've used in over twenty years of retail. It's incredibly easy to use and perfect for new starters.

I have sales that are disappearing each …
I have sales that are disappearing each day due to a square integration issue. It is costing me a $100/day as the CC transactions do not go through and it still prints a receipt so the clerk does not know it didn't go through. We have brought it to Vend's attention many times and they do not care.

Vend doesn't integrate and don't seem to care
Vend is a reasonable POS but doesn't allow much customisation and doesn't integrate with the companies that I need to manage my business such as Trust Pilot or WooCommerce. What's even more concerning is that they don't seem to think its important to do so. Each time I've asked them to make changes or consider integrations they said told me they don't integrate with other companies. In an open-internet environment I find that hard to believe. "Superb software, incredibly easy to use."
What do you like best? The fact that it's easy to use and can be picked up really quickly. It's very important for new starters in a company to be able to understand the POS software without any issues, Vend makes this possible.

My company is completely stop on the replenishment process due to issues with my information on Vend such Current Stock or Reorder Amount... I detected the problems two weeks ago and we continue without a solution or an executive response regarding the system reliability, etc. I'm very frustrated and demanding a call from the General Manger to find a prompt solution!

I have been using Vend for the past 10 months and have been quite happy with the system. I am having a major issue with the system and have logged two calls with Support. I have not heard back from them and its been almost 36 hours. This issues is wreaking havoc with my stock quantities, which is causing a major problem with my online sales. I am very disappointed with the lack of service

Customer Service is poor
Customer Service is poor - they just send you the same help articles that are available online. They also "nickel & dime" - I was trying to work out which would be the best pricing option and I got charged while I was doing the research.

What do you like best? We opted for the premium phone support because we were setting up our college book store from scratch. It was well worth it and their ability to help has been 100% effective!
