Everything works great for the very beginning. Vend is easy to set, support is super pro and the use is highly intuitive. Since we get it, Vend has improved our workflow so much. We really recommend it!

UPDATE I've now been using Vend for 4 years and just wanted to update this Review so anyone who is in doubt knows just how good this software is. Not only does it have the most user friendly interface around it also has amazingly easy to use, and understand, in depth reporting and user permission. Paired with the exceptional reliability (it has never gone down for us, EVER in the 4 years through 6 stores) and great integrations i think anyone who chooses other software over this is plane ...

Perfect for running a nursery

Really great experience using vend for my nursery. Easy to generate sales reports, track inventory, and export product spreadsheets for label printing with barcodes. I've only used my barcode scanner sparingly since the sell screen is so easy to navigate on an iPad. Any questions I've had during setup or managing inventory were always answered quickly via chat. Just an overall great experience.

I recommend Vend all the time

I've been using Vend for 5 years and seen it grow a lot over this time. The pace of development and new features really seems to be ramping up. It has the integrations that I need for the business -with both shopify and xero having had big improvements lately. It's helped us grow from a pop-up to having three stores, and the inventory management and reporting is really stable. I recommend Vend to other retailers all the time.

Love this system...easy to get reports

Love this system...easy to get reports, customer service has been exception...up and running in 1 day...only problem for us is we are going to have to switch systems to someone who has unlimited inventory possibilities unless Vend gets us there. I hate the thought of switching as I can't imagine an easier system

I have used POS software in various formats including beta sites for 30 years. Vend is by far the most user friendly and intuitive software I have ever implemented. And I am receiving no benefits to share this experience. So far great customer service, although I have been able to navigate most set-up and implementation without any assistance. But when needed the tutorials and FAQS have answered most issues. If not customer service has promptly and effectively answered all question. I could ...
