Vend POS Reviews in June 2025: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

Light Years Ahead.

In comparison to what we had before this is light years ahead. The ability to monitor the store's sales progress and update information remotely is a massive benefit for us. Understanding the CSV process to transfer information and update prices is an advantage but the support staff are marvellous and are available 24/7 which is amazing. I am sure that this platform will only continue to get better as they continue its development.

Vend is very user friendly

Vend is the third software program that we have had in our store and is the best all around and the most trouble free program we have used. Our store is staffed by volunteers and several of them have no computer background and Vend is a very user friendly program that been easy for them to learn. not Time saving at all

Long transaction times and Poor functionality for cash payments. You are required to press ‘cash’ or ‘tender’ 5 times in order to complete the transaction. Our business has lots of small payments, many of which are cash and there was no solution in our 12 months of using it to amend this process to speed up transaction time. Reporting system was also difficult to break down according to more than one segment such as category and product by qty etc. We also have over 50% of our business ...

Very powerful scalable tool for retail businesses

Having used Vend while working for a retail store with two branches and some pop ups, I can say it's a very powerful tool that we still weren't using to it's fullest capabilities but you can add functionality as you need to so it's a tool that really grows with your business. I would definitely recommend it. The customer service has always been great whenever we've had to call them.
