It is a great overall system to work worth. It is user friendly and you get to know the system well in short amount of time. I was pretty new to the system when starting at a new company and it was great change to be able to get help when needed from a support team. Great, flexible, intuitive POS/inventory software
PROS: Can customize to your store's needs, even if you have products that need to be inventoried very differently CONS: Reports generation; I often have to export to a spreadsheet software for reports I expect to be able to view natively
