They are mindful of customers’ feedback
PROS: Vend is a company that values its customers greatly. You can see this in the way they listen to their customers' needs and feedback and how they incorporate those things in the improvement of their product. CONS: One thing I do not like about Vend is how slow it is in integrating with a PayPal reading device.

System was used for our annual customer convention.
PROS: Product is easy to use. Sales reports are very helpful to review. CONS: I did notice that the old data was still visible and there was no way to filter through it.

I really needed some information to help me select the right systems for our business which is opening our first two stores in October, but the Vend agent advised me that I could only talk to a specialist when we had signed the lease on our first store (next week) as he didn't want to waste their time. In a way they did help me select the right system - I can cross Vend off my list now!
