Frustrating company. I've run out of patience.
I rarely feel the need to post a review, and rarely would I post such a negative review but this company has been dreadful and frustrating to deal with. I started onboarding with them around 6 months ago. I've been part way through the training cycle/onboarding with 2 Vend staff, both who have then left the company/their position, leaving me back to square 1 with no communication or hand over, I've just been left hanging. "They listen and take action"
What do you like best? This company cares what it’s customers think and take action to improve their tools. We have had numerous web chats and talks with some of their developers and it’s amazing to see they actually listen.

Last round of up[dates have ruined this platform
We use vend for our shop. It used to be good but they keep 'updating' it and changing the way that you use it. I could not recommend it now, and am looking to change systems. It is expensive for what it provides, and some of the new 'features' are totally unusable. The support team are not interested in helping getting issues fixed, just telling the customer that that is the way it is and things will not change.

What do you like best? Vend is a very user friendly intuitive POS software. The platform is self-explanatory and easy to train others on. Good hot buttons.

What do you like best? VEND is easy to use and as it's cloud-based, I can collate shop sales data from 4 separate locations across the UK, and it works briliantly. We can store sales reports, daily, weekly, and monthly and work with the shops is creating SKUs, editing SKU's or removing them. VEND also on hand for advice

The Limitations of Vends Reporting
Very happy with the actual functioning of the sales. Not so happy with the reporting with regard to actual customers frequency of purchases and reports related to identifying new customers. Most reporting is directed at sales of products only. Would love to see Vend introduce reports that allow us to drill down on trends such as ; 1. How many customers purchased for the first time in a given period. 2. A frequency report showing the percentage that came in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc. times in a ...

A Product Review of Vend
PROS: Vend's interface is user-friendly and it does not have a steep learning curve. It is very adaptable and I can see it in how it reacts to modifications, especially at the beginning when we were still configuring it for our business. And because of its cloud-based nature, I can rest assured that my Vend data is safe while I work on another tab or program. Additionally in any case that we needed assistance Vend's support team were always prompt in responding to us.
