The product itself is decent but that's…

The product itself is decent but that's where it ends. Support is limited to emails only or some sort of chat that isn't chat (there is nobody there). Add to that their unwillingness to fix issues. If you want to upload csv's you need to use Open Office instead of Excel as they are unable to decode Excel csv's. Unbelievable.

I signed up to vend for a year and by…

I signed up to vend for a year and by the time i purchased the till,ipad,receipt printer and install gear it cost me close to 7,000 including the huge cost of subscription....anyways i wanted the best system i could get and i was told this would be the one....that is until i started to use all the differant features vends salesperson raved so much about and all i can say is what a huge dissapointment! 1. reporting is confusing and frankly a waste of time 2.intergration to shopify is a ...

Vend HQ Extremely Rude and zero integrity…

Extremely Rude and zero integrity company. We left Paradise POS, a new company that also turned out to be bad, luckily we did not have a contract with them. We changed our card processor to Fatt Merchant & they recommended Vend HQ since its supposedly compatible with our equipment. Then this little rude kid takes over for the walk through. we are a small retailer we use hardly any POS system features and are not looking to pay more than $60 month for the POS. Worst support ever!!

Worst support ever! How can a big company like VEND expect their clients to operate, when they cannot give any support when required???? I have tried to get support from 06th June, today is 19th June, and still nothing. All I keep getting is 'apology as we have been experiencing high volume of support enquiries.' SO MY BUSINESS IS NEGLECTED BECAUSE OF YOUR LACK OF MANPOWER?? This is seriously affecting my business and I am appalled by VEND!!
