"Versatile design software"
What do you like best about Vectorworks Architect? I've used Vectorworks for about 13 years for everything from renders to sell jobs, permit sets, shop drawings, and output for digital manufacturing. I've even been able to use the BIM functions to keep track of parts and BOM for product design.

"Usable, but Needs to Evolve"
What do you like best? I purchase Vectorworks many years ago, when options for professional drafting on Macintosh were limited. There are more options today, including AutoCAD, but Vectorworks is still quite capable. 2D drafting tools are good. Page layout, formatting, a composition tools are also good, but not entirely intuitive. 3D modeling tools are basic, but functional. Renderworks and product good results, if your expectations are simple.
