Great for the past 4 years!!been
What do you like best? I've been using VCita for 4 years. It's been great. It's a lightweight CRM that allows clients a direct link to our company. Our customers love it and som do our enployees. What do you dislike? They have changed the packages over and it will be good to have them stable for a while. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer scheduling, document submission, and easy payments.

Very easy to implement
What do you like best? The flexibility of programming lets you create exactly what you want. What do you dislike? Be prepared that if you use a host website, they will need to add the code which was an additional fee for us. Robust sharing of documents, simpilified scheduling, and significant communication enhancements.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Making use of vCita in improving the way I can get users to set up appointments using any social platform or my own site. I can do email campaigns and getting users to register and take part in my webinars/events/seminars in one place at the highest possible quality. I like using vCita for my business
What do you like best? The on boarding process was quite straightforward. Once you get it set up it is pretty easy to use. What do you dislike? It took me a while to figure out how to stop it messaging me every half hour, but that was because I hadn't understood how to schedule the recurring appointments properly. Great system to organize your appointments with clients
What do you like best? Ease of use, clarity, simplicity. Ability to track payments and keep notes about clients. There is a widget you can set up on your website that will allow your clients to set up an appointment with you. What do you dislike? I've Built My Business Around vCita
I provide appraisals and consulting services for optometrists. My client base is nation wide, and dependent on phone appointments. This program allows clients to book online with ease through my website. It syncs flawlessly with my google calendar which prevents people from booking when I'm not available. Two words: More Business
What do you like best? The customizable pop up widget is wonderful to get potential client engagement. I first used it to encourage people to book a ten minute free visit with me. I definitely noticed an increase in remote clients/patients after installing the widget. The Facebook and Contact page widgets are also awesome as people can book right through either page.
