I would absolutely recommend as I am very satisfied with the service.

What do you like best? I like the precise help I always get from VCC. What do you dislike? I do not like when I don't get an appropriate/satisfying answer from the VCC Support Team. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I would highlight the quality assurance. I like that we can evaluate the calls within the system, then the agents can listen back to their calls and also receive thorough feedback about their performance.

Easy deployment and excellent support.

What do you like best? Quick and convenient project creation. Easy API integration. Great customer service. What do you dislike? Sometimes problems with two-way SMS. Sensitivity to the quality of the internet connection. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to build automated projects, whether sales or debt collection, simply and quickly.

VCC is a conveniente solution for remote contact centers

What do you like best? The real monitoring view is very useful to check on all the agent at the same time. The option to customize the agent interface is cool and easy to use. The statistics are also fundamental in contact center environment and VCC offers a great variety of them. What do you dislike?
