My daughter has been doing 11+ verbal and non verbal reasoning sessions with Berentha. She is an incredibly knowledgeable teacher and my daughter enjoys her sessions with her. Naz

Dishonest billing and charging for unused services
I scheduled tutoring for my daughter through April which was end of school year. Varsity tutors charged us for May and when I called they said it was non-refundable because I didn't explicitly cancel. When I arranged tutoring we were very clear services were only needed through April. Varsity tutors was unwilling to issue refund and willing to charge for services not rendered. I will never use them and will make sure no one I know uses them.

The teacher is very kind and nice
The teacher is very kind and nice. I can see that she is well prepared. The whole program is well organized. My son paid attention the whole time. He usually struggles to pay attention in class.

We had a great first experience with Thomas, at first my son did not like the idea of a tutor, especially during summer break, which is understandable, but Thomas was able to break the ice and help him with Math. We are hopeful for many more good tutoring sessions! Thank you Thomas!

Loved our tutor
My daughter loved her tutor and she made her feel very confident. My daughter said her tutor made her feel smart and gave her lots of praise. We were very pleased with the level of service.
