I purchased the plan of 8hrs for one month. First off, I did not get my tutor till 11 days after purchasing. My tutor dropped out one week on me and was always complaining about internet issues. After that, I called to get a new tutor. They told me be they would call me by a certain day, never did. lastly, my current tutor, Deepak S, has not regard for the time of the student and only cares about his own time.
