Very good tutors but be diligent about cancellation

We had a very positive experience with the tutor over approximately four months. She put my student at ease with her statistics classwork. My student enjoyed working with her tutor, and I saw her confidence and her performance improve as a result A word to the wise is to be very diligent about cancellation when you no longer need the service. Cancellation Issues

We have talked with VT multiple times and asked that they cancel our membership; we call back and they say that they have no record of the previous communications where we have asked that they cancel. Many months later and today they say we have cancelled your membership. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Really unserious and unorganized

Really unserious and unorganized. Do not spend your money on this pathetic organization. The are extremely unreliable and they just care about their own self and nothing else. Their tutor doesn't communicate with their students and they don't show up. Please do not purchase anything from them you're going to regret it!
