Varsity tutors is a very slick company

Varsity tutors is a very slick company. They told me up front I would be paying for 4 hours of tutoring and have access to computer based help for $329/ month. I only needed them for 2 months to prepare my student for the ACT. They tacked on "supplemental" fees without my knowledgeable or approval and I ended up being charged $1357.13. The Tutors are not aware of what the parents are being charged and yet they can offer more tutoring hours without getting the consent if the parent. They ...

Day 1. Needless to say I was excited and very nervous. 90 minutes later I felt like I really achieved my goal. Felipe was great! Settled me in, was very patient and fun.

Extremely har to navigate the portal…

Extremely har to navigate the portal customer service is bad with little knowledge about it. It would also be helpful if my son work will be tailored to him so he can get on it right away instead of looking wich work and link he has to go. Over all very frustrating experience
