I've only had one tutoring session and have just started so it's a little early, but everything so far has been great! Tutor is knowledgeable, articulate, nice, and seems to be a great teacher all around.

So disappointed in this tutoring…

So disappointed in this tutoring service. Each representative we spoke to gave us different information. The first tutor assigned was very poor quality. We went through 3 tutors in 6 hours of teaching. The sales pitch gave us a very false impression of the services offered. Beware, when you sign because we were not told that we were signing up for a membership so you will automatically be billed after 30 days and refunds, in our case was not an option.

Not clear about monthly charges

My daughter thought that it cancel the tutor sessions. She did not understood the meaning of membership and the monthly payments. The company does not notify of monthly charges, so you have to find them your self. Extremely difficult to actually cancel the recurring payment.
