Won't refund despite tutor not showing up to a meeting and not using the "all access"
I told them I just needed tutoring for the GRE and that I am one person. They recommended the "all inclusive" plan, and did not tell me about any other plans. What they had recommended to me was the family plan. They automatically billed me for the next month. I requested a tutor change because I needed a different kind of tutoring, and the tutor did not show up at all or reach out to me. Lacks structure in group classes and learning objectives. It's good for lecture-only learners but if you're not one of those. You'll learn very little.

They won't refund me.
They are absolutely ridiculous, my daughter got the program for 8 hours a month but they only gave her 4 hours month. Then charged me another $499 when she hasn't even completed the first 8 hours. I called multiple times and they kept repeating the same thing over and over. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Learning is better than tips and tricks.
Learning tips and tricks will only get one so far. Going through problems with Peter and getting one to one help in problem areas is helping my child get closer to her goal of 1500 SAT than any other program we’ve tried before.
