We have been using this tutoring company for 6months and I tried really hard for this to work out for my son. We had a wonderful tutor and she worked so hard with Omar. Unfortunately, online learning was not working out for him. The platform itself and the website were very easy to use and helpful. My tutor was great! I am learning Conversational Spanish and she met me where I was and gave me all of the information I needed to practice!

What a headache of a company

What a headache of a company. SO CORPORATE! When they text you it feels like you are talking to AI and then you find out that it is a real person. They claim to work hard to connect you with the perfect tutor and then when we finally got assigned the tutor thought my son was in college and completely misunderstood what we were looking for. Disorganized, extremely corporate. I'm trying to use up our remaining sessions so I can get away fast.

My experiences with them were superb

My experiences with them were superb. I find their communication is extremely proactive and well communicated. Customer services always gave very good details and extra helpful tips for engaging with 1 on 1 tutor and group classes. I think this program is great for home schoolers to have a chance engage with group of students and fun learning experiences.

Kim Tribble helped us the first time around when we had issues with our tutor. It looks as though she's no longer there as her email has bounced back. What is really frustrating, is I have emailed AND called asking to speak with a rep from the customer service department and they refuse to give me the information or pass me on. No, I don't want to speak to the average person who can't refund me money and who won't look up the history etc. My time is precious I don't want to keep dealing ...

My daughter found her first tutoring…

My daughter found her first tutoring today very helpful. She also the mentioned that on one of the math problems she was having a hard time with the tutor was able to catch that my daughter was just hitting a wrong key! Yeah. Going to be a great help. She is scheduled for each Monday at 8 am. Thank you.
