I urgently needed to find a tutor for my son and contacted Varsity Tutors on a Saturday. I signed the contract through my phone—I was not even given a chance to read it—and paid for one month of service, but I was not informed that it would automatically renew. When the second month began, I was charged $499 again without warning. first off, i said $300 for a four hour plan.. fine that works! the first lady did not inform me about the entirety of the program. i called again to talk to the guy on line three. he did not care if i succeeded whatsoever, he just wanted me to pay for more stuff. I spoke to another representative only to be told that i can only get $100 back!
