Great tutors but shady business practices

Had some great tutors over past two years which helped my daughter gain confidence and successfully complete several AP courses as a sophomore and junior in high school. Disappointed with the business side of Varisty Tutors however and hence the three stars. Wasted at least 2000 dollars because credits did not roll over from one month to the next and because tutoring sessions were suddenly changed to 1.5 hours when you buy credits in increments of 2 hours. My tutor is Jennifer and she is helping me from the basics to college algebra. She is very patient, thorough and very relatable. I could not ask for a better tutor. The whole VT team is so supportive, the website is wonderful, even the AI tutor is great.
