first off, i said $300 for a four hour plan.. fine that works! the first lady did not inform me about the entirety of the program. i called again to talk to the guy on line three. he did not care if i succeeded whatsoever, he just wanted me to pay for more stuff. I spoke to another representative only to be told that i can only get $100 back!

Polish Language

Magdalena was very personable and helped us with pronunciation. We learned a lot with her and became her friends. We wish her well!!

Sales Reps Misrepresent Payment Terms

I had a bad experience with payment terms but Varsity Tutors reached out to me and shared I will receive a refund. This is a step in the right direction.

This would have been a 4 star experience had it not been for the fact that my account was not closed out upon completion of my initial tutoring experience. I messaged that the semester had concluded and I would not need further tutoring but Varsity continued billing my account. I just spoke with Lea, who kindly informed me that despite the fact I haven't logged into Varsity since June 2024, my account has remained active and I am not able to get a refund. Thank you to Varsity tutors for finding the Right tutor for my son needs. Mr.Austin is Excellent. He is very patient and caring with my son. He’s very understanding and knowledgeable with special education kids. First session it self he put my son at ease and encouraging. The sessions are highly helpful and detailed. My son enjoys his first two sessions with Mr.Austin. I strongly believe my son improves his ELA skills soon. I highly recommend Mr.Austin.
