Tutors are great but….

So far the tutors that my sons have had been great. That is why I gave it 4 stars. The only thing I’m not a big fan of is the time it takes to find an available tutor. My eldest son has been struggling with math (algebra) and has tests that count for 50% of his grade. The matching process takes a lot of valuable learning time

I made arrangements with VT several…

I made arrangements with VT several days ago for a tutoring session for my son in advance of his exam. My son was relying on his session for critical test prep, but the tutor didn't show. VT was unable to reach the tutor. Days before, I had asked for a tutor change as I didn't see the fit between his background and the subject matter, but only today did they respond. The experience has been lousy.

A Decline in Client Service

I have been a client with VT for over 4 years. During that time, I have seen a change in the pricing structure, user interface, and customer service. We have had a great tutor for one of my sons, but my latest interaction with customer service has been too disappointing and frustrating to continue with VT. Yesterday I asked for a change in the block of time we could schedule for a session. The change was confirmed via SMS, but then today my tutor was unable to bill for the changed amount ...

Good, Bad then Good Again

I enjoyed the group classes and my tutor. I look forward to coming back. But customer service needs a little more work. When someone cancels in enough time he/she should be diligent to the task. No one should never have to be concerned about that. But once contacted after cancellation to cancel after deduction payment the matter was handled expeditiously. Thank You Ms. Kay.
