Thank you for helping my 11yo son (in middle school) Although it’s been only one session, but he says the session with his 1on1 tutor, Tim was very helpful. He really likes working with Tim. He also says the tutor is patient and knows how to work with him.

Inconsistent Service, Not For Me

Tried it for a month and will be cancelling membership. Too difficult to work with them. Difficult to get answers via phone, and text support is inconsistent.... failing to answer in a timely manner when assistance is needed, other times too many texts that are bothersome. One tutor we had (William) was excellent and communicative. The other one (Daniela) was terrible... cancelled 43 min before the scheduled session and did not have the courtesy to reach out to explain, apologize or try ...

The pay is not great, and there are sometimes glitches in the system.
