Completely disorganized and inefficient servicemen
Completely disorganized. App does not translate correct information to reality. Twice inputted time needs for tutoring and when paired with tutor came back with wrong times that wouldn’t work, which delayed getting my son set up with tutoring. Also app didn’t translate time correctly - we inputted 1 hour and the tutor side it scheduled 1.5 hours. I receive constant phone calls from the organization to ensure I purchase more credits and get tutoring set up but when I try to speak to a ...
