This company is predatory

I'm only giving one stars because there's no option to give zero. Like many of these reviews have stated, the initial phone call I had with them went great, I really felt like my concerns were addressed, but they pressured me into signing up with them and paying 500 dollars, telling me how they are so highly rated. Horrible service and they scam

Horrible service. Customer service is no help and some tutors are a scam. Payed for 4 hours which cost 299 and later on got charged 600 bucks for no reason. My problem still has not been fixed and they have not given me any explanation on this charge. Absurd. Horrible service and badly ran company.

Help chap was unable to help

Help chap was unable to help. just kept kept babbling on about Chrome. If the program was working fine in all previous sessions, then it should continue without requiring me to change operating system. All I want is to access my whiteboard for the last session just as I have been able to do with every previous session. You made this a part of the learning process; do not take it away.

My tutor was Lesly Rocha . She was great!! She helped me a lot with this journey . She is the only I felt confident about the test . She was always willing to help, clear my doubts , so flexible with the classes and made studying more easy with her way of teaching!!
