Our experience has been absolutely…wonderful!!

Our experience has been absolutely wonderful. Our tutor Fatimah has been amazing and we are beyond grateful to have her. We also greatly appreciate the flexibility in scheduling my daughter's weekly sessions. As a senior in HS, she is juggling a host of projects, classes, events, rehearsals and everything in between, so her schedule is ever-changing.

My son's tutor Annabelle was great

My son's tutor Annabelle was great. Showed up on time, patient, and explained things well. My son really enjoyed it.

Knowledgeable Tutor and Smooth Scheduling

Tutor was very knowledgeable and helpful. The scheduling system worked well and made keeping track of things much easier. Sometimes you just don’t want to install yet another app, but this one is worth it.

I had issues finding the right tutor

I had issues finding the right tutor. Third time was the charm and she is awesome! I feel confident in my class.

Excellent service recovery

Update. A manager called me and we were able to work through the issue regarding the contradictory information that was provided. Misrepresented and Overcharged

Our Tutor isn't the problem, it is the company and how they misrepresented what they sold me. When I signed up on 8/11, as was discussed on the phone with me, I was signing up for 2 months of tutoring. Based on the day those sessions started, I figured that meant they would go until mid October. He and I had discussed that I wanted 12 hours per month that would be 2 sessions per week at 1.5 hours long. He never told me that the month meant a calendar month for $750.
