Regret signing up for this.
The tutor who was first scheduled for us arrived at the zoom session with apparently no idea what it was for (organization/time management/prioritization) and instead just asked what class my daughter needed help on. The need was never based on course content it was only to help manage college course load and navigate D2L system. The session ended with my daughter feeling more frustrated and inept than if she had never dialed in. Terrible experience.

The tutors are wonderful but your billing not so good. When you get a credit for your tutor canceling you should get 2 months to use it. Parents that have set schedules and work sometimes don’t always have enough time by the end of the month to make up a session. I’ve spent a lot of money tutoring my kids through your company and I’ve lost three days.

I paid $499 for 10 hours of tutoring for a month. We asked ...

I paid for a package of 4 sessions and have only completed 3 with two different tutors. Now I am unsure if I will ever finish the 4th session.

I just cancelled the membership
I was using Varsity tutor for my 5 years old daughter. She can’t focus yet for 1 full hour and i request to do for 30 minutes session and i was told was perfectly fine, in-fact my contract specify 30 minutes sessions. I just cancelled the membership. They are charging me the cost of 1 hour for a 30 minutes session. I called the costumer service and they did’t help. Basically I payed for a service I never used. It was one of the worst experience with an online platform that I have ever had. ...
