What do you like best about Varicent? Varicent's consultants were very responsive. We implemented Varicent by ourselves with Varicent support. We went through detailed training with a Varicent consultant and then took over the implementation. Our plans are highly complex, and we were able to make them work within Varicent. We have somewhere on the order of 35 incentive comp plans.

"Varicent is a quality product with excellent vendor support"
What do you like best about Varicent? Once a plan's calculation is created within Varicent, I know it will be accurate and require no maintenance. It is also easy to create detailed reports. This greatly improves calculation transparency and reduces questions.

"Varicent is a reliable Sales Performance Management (SPM) SAAS Platform"
What do you like best about Varicent? Varicent has an open architecture so it can accommodate any commissions plan and ours is very convoluted. Varicent has great uptime and has only gone down for a few hours once in the 8 years we've been using it. I really like the multi-record editing tool for when I need to make the same change over multiple records. The error messages are actually helpful and enable me to find the problem easily and correct.
