What do you like best about Varicent? ICM is one of the best tool i used in supporting production applications. it is highly recommended in monitoring and calculating data especially in production.

What do you like best about Varicent? My experience with Varicent was from a technical support perspective. I am in the Waddell and Reed IT department but my role was to be the technical go between. My PICS support team and CSM contact to be excellent. Whenever we had an issue or question with our application, we could always count on a prompt response. When interaction was needed with other Varicent support teams, they were always happy to help us get the anwsers we needed.
