What do you like best about Varicent? The adaptability of Varicent's software is extremely useful. Not only is the software able to alter itself to meet changing needs, but it is also capable of tackling issues of varying levels. The reports are customizable and laid out, so all levels of staff can easily use them. The easy customization of the program to my specific payroll procedures has been invaluable, as our plans can be quite complicated.

What do you like best about Varicent? If you have a working understanding of relational databases, then the product is easy to constuct. It is also customizable to need, so that reports can be built that conform to a variety of users. It is slick and works well.
