What do you like best about Varicent? Once we create the workflow, it can be copied and reused every period, which saves us a ton of time, especially during the busy season. Varicent also made a lot of helpful resources for us.

What do you like best about Varicent? The flexibility of the system for our needs to both track incentive payments and create reports on the incentive payments. This allows us to better analyze our incentive compensation expenses. The Presenter Adaptive reports are bringing better reporting the end users in our system including Progress to Goal and Incentive Payout reports.
