What do you like best about VanillaSoft? The follow up features. Text/email templates are great, super easy to use within the system itself. Dispositions are easy to keep track of positive contacts and follow up in the future.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? The CRM works flawlessly. The functionality of the platform is easy to use and understand. Call, email or text straight from the platform. Many other platforms require you to download other applications to be able to call or text from there.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? It is a perfect platform, can disposition with many options, can schedule callbacks and link it up to your calander, Automatically directs any callbacks you have to your screen when it is time, and is very easy to navigate as well.
