It's fun!
Creating your very own client avatar and journey can seem like a lot, but not with UXPressia. They provide many templates and exercises, it's actually fun.

Great tool and even better team
Not only is the tool dynamic and easy to use, the team at UXPressia are great to work with to explore new features and functionality. Also, if there is an issue, usually due to my misunderstanding, they respond very quickly AND follow up to make sure you are happy

Working with UXPressia was a blast!
Working with UXPressia was a blast! The support team was very helpful in assisting me, in setting up an environment where I could teach my class. The program itself is straight forward, interactive and provides a great overview weither your working in a team or solo. The great variety in templates UXPressia offers allows for a quickstart to all your projects, and really gives an edge to this program!

All is OK. But after the price hike it won't be.
All is OK. I thought I wouldn't be happy to pay 24$/month for a customer journey/buyer persona platoform, but now I even recommend it. But later this year I will stop paying because I can't pay 1 year in advance and prices will change. $24 is expensive, but in the top limit, $36 for a CJM and Buyer persona platform is extremely expensive. I will miss you, you have the best software online.

Fantastic Compliment to Real-World Teaching
I stumbled upon UXPressia in late 2020 as I was designing digital marketing & omni-channel retail mktg courses for my Massey University students here in New Zealand. Great tool within itself
Great tool within itself, our export options didn't fit what we wanted to present to our clients. PDFs worked fine but ultimately we would restyle and change to fit our own brand. Fine if you keep info within the tool though.
