Excellent Software for User Experience Research/Design
Excellent software for creating personas and journey maps. It is easy to use, easy to learn, and very efficient. In addition, UXPressia supports professors and students, allowing full access to educators to use the software to teach students. I will recommend this to anyone, it is actually better than most UX/UXR tools out there.

Best tool for team work
I found UXPressia through their templates. I actually used one for the first persona and map I built using the platform. Everything seems easy and graspable, yet I’ve spent some time reading Help Center articles and posts on their blog (didn’t regret a minute, lots of mapping tips). Presentation mode was useful when presenting my map draft to the team (they are on board to the date). I also love the opportunity to work on a map simultaneously, without interfering with my teammates’ actions. ...

UXPressia is a fantastic tool
UXPressia is a fantastic tool for mapping the customer's journey. I dare say not only that, but also the creation of personas and impact maps. So wonderful. I needed a tool in which I could create a custom map of the customer's journey and I will find all this in UXPressia. At the same time, I know the Google Analytics connector for measuring KPIs there.
